Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of www.monarchsroost.com. They are not a rental agreement. A separate rental agreement, with house rules, payment and cancellation terms, applies to any confirmed stay.
Information on this site
We work to keep descriptions, photos, ratings, drive times and distances accurate, but they are provided for general information. Drive times are estimates without traffic. Ratings are shown as published by Airbnb and Google on the date given and may change. Availability shown or discussed is not guaranteed until we confirm it in writing.
Reservations
Reservations are made on our booking page run by Guesty, which has its own terms and payment policies. Our cancellation policy and house rules are on the Policies and FAQ page, and the terms shown at checkout for your reservation apply. The question form on this site does not reserve anything. A stay is booked only when you receive a confirmation email from us or Guesty and any payment required is received.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or submit false or abusive requests.
Our content
The text, photographs, logos, illustrations and design on this site belong to Monarch's Roost or its licensors. You may share links and use the material for personal, non-commercial planning. Any other use needs our written permission. "Monarch's Roost" and the butterfly logo are our brand marks.
Reviews
Any guest review shown here appears exactly as its author wrote it and is attributed to its source. We do not edit reviews or write them ourselves.
Third-party sites
Links to Airbnb, Google, social networks and video providers lead to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Monarch's Roost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
